<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate and ensure joining and molding of an interlaminar by a method wherein after a pipe cover made of foamed plastic is taken off while preventing peeling of a melted and joined surface after molding of a pipe, and a pipe form is stored through cooling, slit processing is performed in the longitudinal direction of the same. CONSTITUTION:When a foamed plastic laminated sheet 2 is pierced through a molding die 45, both widthwise ends of a laminated sheet 2 are fused together and to make a pipe cover 47. In this instance, at the time of manufacturing of a pipe, since the more a layer becomes inward the more the same moves backward at both the widthwise ends of the laminated sheet 2, at the time of the manufacturing of the pipe, confrontation is performed without opening a confronting part in a V-shaped state outwardly and the same can be molded easily into a circular sectional form. An obtained pipe cover 47 is taken off by a take-off gear 48 while preventing peeling of a melted and joined surface and a pipe form is stored by cooling the same by passing through a cooler 56. Then the same is slit by a slit processing device 57 in a longitudinal direction of the same so that coating can be performed easily in a longitudinally attached state to piping to be fitted.</p> |
