PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a signal converter by providing both a signal converting circuit, which is made operative to generate its output by adding the distance information between a fixed position of a sound image and a listener to an input signal, and a signal converting circuit, which is made operative to generate binaural signals while giving the directional information between the fixed position and the listener, so that a delay circuit may be partially used in a common manner. |
