PURPOSE:To dissolve redundancy and shortage of air charge gain by detecting it in use of a rotation detector and by compensating the air charge gain by opening and closing a valve in use of an actuator when the engine rotation has become a rotation to yield redundancy and shortage in the air charge gain of the blower. |
