PURPOSE:To make it possible to control the bias of an optical modulator with the use of a small device, without obstructing the modulating operations of wide range, by connecting an optical modulator through a high resistor with a bypass condenser, which in turn is connected with a DC bias power source, to add the bias voltage to the resultant modulated voltage in a supported manner. |
