A bioelectrode pad assembling apparatus is provided to assemble bioelectrode pads used for a bioelectrode automatically in an easy manner. A bioelectrode pad assembling apparatus includes: a 1st feed roller(101) for feeding a non-woven fabric attached with a release paper; a 2nd feed roller(102) for feeding a carbon film; a 3rd feed roller(103) for feeding a polymer gel adhesive attached with a PET film and a release film on the both sides; a 1st cutting unit(120) between the 1st and 2nd feed rollers; a 1st collecting roller(111); a collecting guide board(130); a first pair of press rollers for adhering the carbon film to the adhesive of the non-woven fabric; a 2nd collecting roller(112); a second pair of press rollers for adhering the polymer gel adhesive to the carbon film; a 2nd cutting unit(160); a 3rd collecting roller(113); a 3rd cutting unit(180); and a 4th collecting roller(114).
