An RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) device, a data transmission speed improvement method, and a system thereof are provided to delete overlapped data from data read from an RFID tag, and to deliver the data to an external terminal, thus the external terminal does not have to receive unnecessary data. It is decided whether data received from an external RFID tag is the same as data stored in a memory embedded in an RFID device(S210-S230). If not, the data is stored in the memory(S240). If a data transmission request signal is received from the outside, the data stored in the memory is transmitted according to the data transmission request signal(S250,S260). If a data read request signal is received through a UART(Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter) in the steps S210-S230, the data is read from the RFID tag.
