PURPOSE:To eliminate any deformation at both ends of opening parts of a bearing so as to make a shaft to be easily inserted thereinto by providing inclined enlarging diameter portions at both opening ends of the bearing, making the length in axial direction of each inclined enlarging diameter portion 0.1 - 20% of the bearing length and still making the length in diameter direction of the opening portion of the inclined enlarging diameter portion 100.1 - 120% of the shaft diameter of the bearing. CONSTITUTION:In a die 21 for the purpose of forming a bearing 22, an inner diameter core 21d is formed on a fixed side mould 21a and an inner core 21c on a movable mould 21g, and shapes of these 21d, 21c form inclined enlarging diameter portions 22a in the bearing 22. Deformations at both ends of bearing opening portions can be eliminated, and still, insertion of a shaft can be made easy by making an axial directional length L1 of each inclined enlarging diameter portion 22a 0.1 - 20% of the bearing length L of the bearing 22, and the length D1 in radial direction of the opening portion of the inclined enlarging diameter portion 100.1 - 120% of the shaft diameter D of the bearing 22. |
