PURPOSE:To obtain a constant gate bias voltage which is free from the effect of the fluctuation of the supply voltage and others, by achieving bias circuit for constant current source by securing a serial connection between the first channel type MOSFET which operates at the saturation region and the second channel type MOSFET.
