A pneumatic tire manufacturing method is provided to reduce the number of parts-joining times down one time during a green tire molding process by attaching a capply at the bottom side of a tread in advance. A pneumatic tire manufacturing method comprises a refining process for producing mixed rubber; a half-finished product making process including extrusion, rolling, bead forming, and cutting steps(114); a molding process comprising a first molding step assembling an inner liner, beads, and sidewalls and a second molding step assembling a belt, a capply, and a tread(116); and a vulcanizing process. The half-finished product making process includes an attaching step for attaching plural capplies produced in a predetermined width, at the bottom side of the tread extruded from the extrusion step, at regular intervals. The predetermined width of the capply is 8~12mm. A predetermined gap between the capplies adjacent to each other is 2~8mm.
