A grounding apparatus is provided to ground electric facilities of a power plant easily at a region where the power plant is hardly grounded, by attaching grounding elements of the electric facilities on a wall surface of a waterway so as to ground the electric facilities into water flowing along the waterway. A ground apparatus(100) comprises a ground pole-holding plate(110) attached to an upper end of a wall surface of a waterway, at least one vertical ground pole(120) attached to the ground pole-fixing plate while a portion or the entire portion of the vertical ground plate is grounded into water, and a ground wire for connecting one or more electric devices to the ground pole-fixing plate or the vertical ground pole.
