PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger and an air conditioning device capable of suppressing drift of a refrigerant by sufficiently supplying the refrigerant even to a flat tube positioned at an uppermost part among a plurality of flat tubes connected to a header collection tube.SOLUTION: A plurality of flat porous tubes 21b are connected to a rising space 61b of a folding-back header 24 of an outdoor heat exchanger 20 at prescribed intervals in a vertical direction. The rising space 61b and a lowering space 62b are communicated through an upper communication passage 73 at an upper part, and communicated through a lower communication passage 72 at a lower part. The refrigerant passing through rising openings 82a, 82b and rising in the rising space 61b flows to a lowering space 62b side through the upper communication passage 73 having a lower edge portion 73d at a height position between the flat porous tube 21b of an uppermost stage and the second flat porous tube 21b from the top among the plurality of flat porous tubes 21b connected to the rising space 61b, and then is returned to a lower part of the rising space 61b again through the lower communication passage 72 to be looped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
