<p>The liquid container for medical drip feed equipment is manufactured from rigid plastics material and has a rectangular section with pyramid ends (2, 3). The container has a central rib at the top end fitted with an eye (6) to allow the container to be suspended from a hook (7). Alongside this rib is a filler hole (11) fitted into a boss (12). The outlet (8) from the container is at the centre of base and connected with an outlet tube (9). The outlet tube may be fitted with a valve and the inlet may be fitted with a capillary restriction. The container may alternatively be suspended from a corner with the outlet in the opposite corner of the base.</p> |
