FIELD: concrete and reinforced concrete article (panel, block) production at negative environmental temperature. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves proportioning mineral binding agent, water, filler; adding chemical antifreeze; mixing said components; adding ice granules obtained by vanillin solution hardening to concrete mix cooled to negative temperatures; performing repeated mixing of above components; pouring and hardening concrete mix at negative temperatures. Ice granules are obtained by aqueous or aqueous-alcoholic vanillin solution hardening.
