<p>The feed roller (3) for the material web to be printed on a flat bed printer is positioned in front of the printing table (6) and has adjustable brakes (30) and a locking unit (31). A discharge roller (4) with adjustable clutch (41) is powered by a regulatable motor. Clamping- or needle beams (70, 71, 74) can be pressed into the web surface in order to determine precisely the feed length of the transported web and to hold the web in place. The design ensures that a uniform tension is maintained in the web.</p> |
