The support grating is for carrying plant pots and is assembled from rod elements. The rod elements (1, 2, 3, 63, 64) are in the form of section element with a closed channel (35, 36) in the cross section region. The channels of at least one part of the rod elements are connected with each other and with a connection for a water feed. The channels are formed by pipe lines (65, 66, 67) which are passed inside the sections (63, 64). At branch points, the pipe lines (65, 67) are connected by connection valves.
