The full face crash helmet consists of at least two movable parts connected by a hinge (15) provided with a safety catch (8) on the impact surfaces. These safety catches are mutually lockable. At its crest the helmet is divided. On the upper part of the crest line there is a hinge and on the front part, above as well as below the sight opening and on the back side on the lower rim of the helmet, are the safety catches.
