<p>The covered belt conveyor transports material in bulk from a low to a high level. It has two endless belts, the inner one being angular, Z- or C-shaped. The outer belt (1) is guided around the inner belt (2) and forms with it along a vertical run a closed chamber, the contaminated side of the outer belt being towards the chamber. This avoids dirt falling onto the surface below the belts.</p> |
