<p>The device is for assembly of a housing such as a television, radio or loudspeaker cabinet, with rigid parts joined together by a flexible covering. It includes flat-bearing-surface sliding carriages (2, 3) which are mutually displaceable horizontally. These have arms (5, 6) swivelling from a position enclosing an obtuse angle to one enclosing a right angle. There are adjustable and extensible flaps (15, 16) on the arms, and a height-adjustable retainer device (23) between them. Gluing appliances (33-36) move horizontally in relation of each other, and vertically relative to the slide direction of displacement, so as to glue the profile edges of the housing components being joined together.</p> |
