FIELD: building. ^ SUBSTANCE: two options of knotted non slopped junction of framework tubular elements are proposed. According to the first option, the knotted junction is made of a rectangular cross-section collar and bar screen tubular members attached thereto, with their longitudinal axles crossing through a knot centre and coinciding with a framework axle plane. Collar transverse section diagonal line is located in the framework axle plane. The bar screen elements, in the area of attachment to the collar, have a cut-through completely repeating the geometry of the junction. Each bar screen element is jointed to the collar adjusting walls. According to the second option, knotted junction difference consists in V-shaped collar. ^ EFFECT: improved bearing capacity, reliability and hardness of knotted junction due to decreased stress buildup and welding volume in knot. ^ 4 cl, 6 dwg |
