A PCB machine for a camera module is provided to prevent debris such as suspended particles existing on an upper body covering a press assembly from moving to a lower die by including the lower die on which a punching process is directly performed and an intermediate body partitioning the press assembly. A main body(1) includes a plurality of receiving parts(1a). A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) element(2) is provided in each receiving part, connected with the main body by a connection portion(2a) and separated by a non-connection portion(2b) formed at portions except the connection portion. A CCM(3) is mounted on the PCB element. A press assembly includes punches. A lower die(20) includes mounting recesses(21) for a combined body. A case covers the press assembly and the lower die. The case includes an upper body for the press assembly and a lower body for the lower die. The case includes an intermediate body for partitioning the press assembly and the lower die.
