FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to method of production of extract containing natural mix of conjugated horse estrogen. For this purpose water initial phase is selected from group including: aqueous solution of natural mix comprising conjugated pregnant horse urine estrogen already impoverished by phenolic components; aqueous concentrate of natural mix comprising conjugated pregnant horse urine estrogen already impoverished by phenolic components; liquid urine concentrate produced by condensation; and concentrated urine retentate. Any specified aqueous phase is exposed to liquid-liquid extraction. Thus used extracting agent represents suitable for given extraction process, organic solvent not mixing or practically not mixing with water. Invention enables to produce extract of higher content of specified estrogen as per dry substance mass.
