<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pick-up device and an information code-reading device configured to simplify their optical system and to reduce their costs while suppressing fluctuations of resin lenses and deterioration of lens performances caused by its expansion. <P>SOLUTION: An optical system 210 is comprised of a second lens 212 made of resin and the other lenses made of glass lens. The power of the resin lens is small in comparison with that of the glass lens, wherein each power is set to be small in comparison with that of the optical system 210. A lens frame constructing member 300 is comprised independently of a lens holding unit 310 and an image pick-up element holding unit 320, the lens holding unit 310 and the image pick-up element holding unit 320 are fixed by an intermediate member 330, and fixing positions of the lens holding unit 310 and the image pick-up element holding unit 320 can be adjusted by the intermediate member 330. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
