<p>New derivatives of 1,3-benzodioxole and their acid addition salts are provided and their preparation: the derivatives have the formula: in which Z represents a or group, R1 and R2 which may be identical or different represent each a lower alkyl group containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R1 may also represents hydrogen, and R1 and R2 may also form with the attached nitrogen atom a nitrogenous heterocyclic ring, selected among the piperidino, pyrrolidino and morpholino rings, n is equal to 1 or 2, when Z represents a -CH2- or group whereas n is equal to 2 or 3, when Z represents a group: the new derivatives are active in the treatment of heart arrhythmia and vascular heart diseases.</p> |
