<p>PURPOSE: To miniaturize an apparatus for conveying paints and to improve the maintenance characteristic thereof by providing the interior of a pump head with a valve of a diaphragm pump and a pressure chamber delineated by a control diaphragm acting on the position regulating member of a pressure switch. CONSTITUTION: An admission valve 25 and discharge valve 36 of the diaphragm pump 21 are arranged together in the pump head 22 having the diaphragm 23 driven by an electric motor 51 and are supported by a supporting member 28 attachably and detachably coupled to the pump head 22. The pressure chamber 39 which is connected to a pressure pipe 37 and is disposed in the pump head 22 is connected behind the discharge valve 26. The pressure chamber 39 is delineated by the control diaphragm 40 acting on the position regulating member 72 of the pressure switch 71. The miniaturization of the apparatus is made possible and the maintenance and inspection of the pump head 22 portion in particular are facilitated by the constitution described above.</p> |
