FIELD: food production technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by boiling, removing bones and cutting of duckling's paws. Lettuce and spring onions are cut and frozen. Listed components are mixed up in no-oxygen medium with soya sauce, acetic acid, calcium or magnesium glutamate and mustard. This mixture is packed as well as vegetable oil with definite components proportion. Then hermetic sealing and sterilisation follow. ^ EFFECT: product of higher assimilability. |
