FIELD: medicine; physiotherapy. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes remedy exercise, thorax massage, mineral water inhalation, peloid application. Additionally two zones are exposed to supertonic frequency current in turns by days. On one day head and collar zone are affected for 7-10 minutes at power up to 3 W, on the second day current with power up to 4-6 W is applied to thorax zone, to lower thorax compartments for 2-3 minutes from paravertebral to medium axillary line paravertebrally, along spine upside from down for 2-3 minutes from each side, along 6-8 intercostal space for 2-3 minutes. The whole course comprises 14-16 procedures. Peloid applications are performed on two areas in turn by days. On one day application is made at collar zone at +35-+36C, on the second day application is made at lower thorax part starting from shoulder blade corners at +38-+40C, application time is 20-30 minutes. The course comprises 6-7 procedures for each zone. ^ EFFECT: improved treatment efficiency and tolerance, reduced medicine strain, simultaneous effect on leading patogenetic links of both diseases. ^ 2 ex, 10 tbl |
