PURPOSE:To provide the subject device wherein a converter exhaust gas, as it is in the form of a high concentration dust, is heat-exchanged in the radiation heat transmission section at a high temperature and the convection heat transmission section at a low temperature, whereby the device has a high heat recovery ratio and further reduces the quantity of exhaust water treated. |
