PURPOSE:To provide the subject method comprising, in starting the device, changing a heating medium flow quantity control valve from a highest temperature control circuit at the heater outlet over to a pressure control circuit in the heater, thereby to prevent the excessive increase of pressure within the brine heater and remove noise caused by the blow-off of the safety valve. |
