<p>The invention relates to a device and a process for producing concrete elements. In the device, the shaping cavity for the individual concrete elements is formed by repeatedly usable templates. The device is provided with a concreting vessel, and an apparatus for removing the products from the templates, for example using a lifting tool for moving the full or empty templates in a vertical and/or lateral direction, also an apparatus for installation of the reinforcement and also for forming the cavity, a welding and cutting unit, a stressing press, and also an apparatus for compacting and hardening the fresh concrete. The concreting vessel is arranged on a truck. The essential feature of the invention consists in the truck being designed as a combined production unit (2), one part of which is formed by the concreting vessel (2b); furthermore having a multi-purpose expansion beam (2a) for grasping, tilting, raising and lowering the template, and, as regards the fresh concrete, not only for pouring in but also for spreading, compacting, cavity forming, smoothing, modelling, forming contours, and also for ripping out and stripping formwork. The combined production unit (2) is completed with additional technical means, for example with surface treatment units (2c); tools for smoothing and modelling.
