FIELD: conveyor making. ^ SUBSTANCE: springs are transported in pallets (4) in conveyors of automatic line at different levels, height of walls of which is selected lower than height of spring deformed under action of testing load. Power characteristics of springs are measured on the main conveyor (1), rejected springs are removed, remaining ones are sent to two accumulating conveyors (2, 3). Transportation of pallets from one conveyor to the other is done with the help of elevator (14). Spring classification is controlled with the help of control and registration unit (12). ^ EFFECT: provides automation of process and growth of labor efficiency in repair of freight cars. ^ 1 dwg |
