FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to chemical industry, particularly to catalysts used for converting natural gas, and can be used in petrochemical and oil-refining industry for making catalysts and in gas synthesis process. Description is given of a catalyst, containing a nickel aluminide matrix, inside of which nickel and molybdenum are dispersed, with the following ratio of components, in wt %: Ni3Al - 80-90, Ni - 5-10, Mo -2-10.
