The braking force indicator is for roller brake testing installations and has an indicator for the braking force on both wheels of an axle. an indicator is associated with each wheel showing the measured force on a display panel. It is designed to give direct indication of whether the difference in braking force on the pair of wheels lies in the permissible range. Each indicator has an associated coaxial auxiliary indicator always showing a smaller force level by a defined percentage. The indicators are both manometrically actuated, the transfer ratio to the auxiliary indicator is lower than to its associated main indicator.
