<p>The amphibious aircraft has a high wing profile for large clearance overthe water, with the wings with two sets of folds to bring the fuselage ends near to the waterline. The wing attachments are by short, thick stubs with the inclined sections between the stubs and the main wings having a thin profile for lateral stability. The wing design provide maximum lateral stability while the lower inboard sections provide access to the fuselage over the wings, as well as preventing spray over the fuselage.</p> |
