The ear insert of the hearing aid contains an audio transducer which is connected with the hearing aid housing by conductors. The latter are formed by a foil section with conductive coating. The conductor system may be formed by a strip of arbitrary cross section, i.e. flat, round, tubular polygonal etc. The conductor ends have preferably clamps with mutually insulated jaws. The conductor support may carry several conductive coatings separated by grooves. The foil may be wound into a hose with inner and outer conductive coatings. The coatings may be contacted and the hose simultaneously held by a clip having a mandrel and an overthrow sleeve.
