<p>The changeover chute for the shaft between two mine galleries includes an inspection opening with a flap for each shaft, which has its own cladding sheet. Each flap slides in vertical and horizontal guides, and carries an eccentric lock. This lock includes an eccentric shackle on an operating rod which engages a catch attached to the cladding sheet. This shackle has a stop opposite the eccentric hook members which guides the flap to its locked position. The operating rod has a sliding bolt which engages a latch on the flap.</p> |
