The device has a base, a loader, made in form of a threaded pair and a bolt-head joined to the spindle of the test nut wrench, a torque sensor and a control unit connected to the torque sensor. The device also has an analogue-to-digital converter, a digital comparator, memory register, digital display, pulse generator, pulse shaper, AND logic element and an amplifier.
