<p>The tapping clamp has several contact elements and corresponding number of insulators with holding wedgees inside the clamping ring. Each contact element is in the form of a contact block (8) surrounded by an insulator (4) like a cap. The contact block has knurled or toothed surface in the lower region, sealed outwards. The contact block has a threaded bore for a contact screw (9). The threaded bore passes through the block and ends in an orthogonal recess (3). The insulator is movably mounted in guide cams (7) in the region of the clamping ring (1). On the insulator is inserted a screw (11), which can move the insulator as desired. Between the latter and the screw is inserted a pressure plate (12) with a bore, matching one insulator surface.</p> |
