The machine for making corrugated cardboard boxes mainly for gardening products, includes a conveyor track for cardboard cut outs. A storage area for the cut outs is located at the beginning of the conveyor track. Handling devices move the cut out from the storage on to the track. Two adhesive application units located on both sides of the track apply adhesive on the appropriate parts of the carton cut outs. Three pairs of ribs can swivel around axes parallel to the direction of movement of the cut outs to fold the flaps of both side sections and front sections upwards. Further mechanical devices process the flaps and carton cut outs, including folding consoles and lifting and lowering systems. |
