<p>The stud has a collar (3) which has the greatest diameter. The collar has a slot with diagonal edges which extend radially from the centre towards the edge. The width of the slot is such that the stud may be inserted through the partition and the collar is allowed to penetrate it entirely by rotating the collar. The rear flange then forms a wedge for the stud assembly. A head (1) may be rivetted or screwed to the stud in order to fix the object (7) to the stud.</p> |
