A coupling structure of a center housing and a turbine housing of a turbo charger is formed to couple a turbine housing(34) housing a turbine impeller with a center housing(38) supporting a rotary shaft(36) by interposing a nozzle assembly(40), wherein a gasket(44) is placed on the outer circumferential contact surface of the turbine housing and the center housing, and the gasket is formed to have a ݘ-shaped cross section and provided with an opening facing the center.
