摘要 <p>The Ni alloy contains (by wt.) 6-12% Mo, 8-20% Nb, 0.5-1.5% Mn, 0.3-1.3% Si, 0.05-0.2% Ce, balance Ni, The alloy is heat and wear resistant at >700 degrees C and in particular does not stick to brass and Al bronze when used as a pressing tool. Used in mfr. of dies and pressing tools partic. for press forming rods of brass or Cu-Ni alloy, which exhibit an increase in tool life of 5-20%. Also used for machine parts operating at high temp., and turbine blades. The alloy contains the strengthening phase Ni3Nb and Ce is added as modifying element, while Mn and Si act as deoxidised as modifying element, while Mn and Si act as deoxidising agent. Mo improves the strength at high temp. The alloy can be used in cast condition without a heat treatment.</p>
