The bed making mechanism is in the form of a doubled holder which had displaceable arms which can be adjusted and fixed to match the width of any bed. The two end corners of the bed clothes are then clamped into each sprung handle at the end of the holder arms together with the two end corners of the inner bed which are clamped in the same handles. The bed clothes can then be drawn up over the bed and tucked in as before.
