PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated material suitable for the interior material of a building and the surface material of a structure by integrally molding a surface member, wherein a synthetic long fiber web layer and a blended spun web layer are interlaced and integrated, and a reinforcing member composed of SMC to form a constitutional member and providing a flocked pile layer to the surface member. CONSTITUTION:A structural constitution body is constituted of the uppermost layer composed of a flocked pile layer 6 corresponding to the surface layer of velour like leather, a subsequent composite fiber web layer 2 in a dense compacted state, a blended spun web layer 3, a further succeeding synthetic long fiber web layer 1 compacted properly and the lowermost layer composed of an SMC layer 5 penetrating and infiltrated in a part of the lower part of the synthetic long fiber web layer 1 and, therefore, said constitution body is excellent in bending rigidity, tensile strength and dynamical capacity and suitable as an interior material such as a ceiling material or a wall material having extremely excellent sound absorbing characteristics and heat insulating characteristics if a back air layer is properly selected and provided. |
