PURPOSE:To supply an internal logic circuit with a reference voltage of good accuracy in proper quantities by a method wherein reference-voltage generation circuits for internal logic circuit use are arranged and wired in an internal logic circuit region additionally according to the number of internal logic circuits to be used. CONSTITUTION:In an ECL gate-array system integrated circuit device, reference- voltage generation circuits 8 for internal logic circuit use are arranged and wired in an internal logic circuit region 6 additionally according to the number of internal logic circuits 7 to be used. For example, internal logic circuits 7 are supplied with reference voltages from reference-voltage generation circuits 3, 5, for internal logic circuit use, arranged in an external logic circuit region 1; in addition, reference-voltage generation circuits 8 for internal logic circuit use are arranged and wired additionally near a region 9 where a plurality of internal logic circuits 7 have been arranged. The plurality of internal logic circuits 7 in the region 9 are supplied with reference voltages for internal logic circuit use. In this case, the reference-voltage generation circuits 8 for internal logic circuit use are constituted of elements in the internal logic circuits. |
