PURPOSE:To facilitate modification of the content of a table by providing a frame image table section, a print data information table section and a section for controlling tabulation and printing based on the information from the print data information table section. CONSTITUTION:A data preparation device comprises a frame image table section 2 for storing a frame image to be tabulated, a print data information table section 5 for storing information concerning to the position of data to be printed in a tabulation frame or the data take-out position, and a section for controlling tabulation and printing based on the information stored in the print data information table section 5. Tabulation and printing are controlled based on the information concerning to the position of data to be printed on the table or the data take-out position being stored at the print data table section 5. When the content of information to be stored in the print data information table 5 is modified, the format can be modified only through modification of the table without requiring modification of program. |
