PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-liquid type urethane adhesive excellent in substrate adhesiveness and appearance under heat and humidity conditions, polyester polyisocyanate capable of being suitably used as a curing agent for the adhesive, and further a laminate film and a back sheet for a solar battery using the adhesive.SOLUTION: There are provided: polyester polyisocyanate obtained by reacting an aliphatic or alicyclic isocyanate compound (II) having 3 or more isocyanate groups in a molecule with polyester polyol (I) obtained by reacting an aliphatic polybasic acid or alkyl ester thereof (a), a linear polyalcohol (b1) and a branched aliphatic polyalcohol having an alkyl group in a side chain (b2) as essential raw materials, and having the content percentage of isocyanate of 7.0 to 12.0 mass%; a two-liquid type urethane adhesive using the same as a curing agent; and a laminate film and a back sheet for a solar battery having a layer consisting of the adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: None
