PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus, a video image sharing method, and a program, capable of using a video image with high quality in a sharing destination.SOLUTION: According to the embodiment, selection means selects a first video image to be displayed in a first application program. First generation means performs a first resizing processing suitable for an electronic apparatus to the first video image, and generates a second video image by performing a high picture quality processing to the first video image. Display processing means displays the second video image. Second generation means performs a second resizing processing suitable for the second application program or an external device to the first video image based on sharing destination information when the second video image is designated as a sharing target, and generates a third video image by performing the high picture quality processing to the first video image.
