The present invention relates to an agricultural product drying machine, wherein, when an agricultural product is put into a drying furnace, a heater around the drying furnace is operated to heat an inner portion of the drying furnace, and a vacuum processing unit is operated to discharge the moisture in the inner portion of the drying furnace to the outside, and when the inner temperature of the drying furnace reaches the upper limit temperature, the heater is turned off and only the vacuum processing unit is operated. When the setting time lapses, a gas injection unit is operated to supply the low-temperature dried gas into the drying furnace, and when the inner temperature of the drying furnace reaches the lower limit temperature, the gas injection unit is stopped, and then the heater is operated to heat the inner portion of the drying furnace. These procedures are repeated several times to dry the agricultural product. Therefore, the agricultural product inside the drying furnace can be dried promptly and conveniently by repeating the procedures of heating the inner portion of the drying furnace, vacuum-processing the inner portion of the drying furnace to discharge the moisture to the outside, and supplying the dried gas into the drying furnace. In addition, while the inner portion of the drying furnace is vacuum-processed, the moisture inside the drying furnace is compulsorily discharged to the outside, and the discharging speed is very fast. Therefore, the time for drying the agricultural product can be significantly shortened, and the entire agricultural product can be uniformly dried. In addition, the heating temperature and the heating time in a heating furnace, the vacuum processing degree, the number of times of drying, and the like are controlled by a controller, thereby maintaining the agricultural product at optimal conditions without being spoiled. |
