The present invention relates to Moju (unrefined rice wine boiled with medical herbs originated from Jeon Ju, Korea) having improved functions and effects in relieving hangover, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The Moju comprises a fruit extract of Hovenia dulcis and a stem extract of Hovenia dulcis in unrefined rice wine.
