The district heating power station has a gas turbine, the exhaust gases of which flow through a waste heat boiler (2) and an aftercooler (3) in succession before being led to the chimney as flue gases. By means of an intermediate circuit (5) the exhaust gas heat is transmitted in a heat exchanger (7) to the energy transfer medium of a district heating network (8, 9), this energy transfer medium, with the aid of a series connection, first flowing through the aftercooler (3) and then through the heat exchanger (7). The utilisation factor E of the district heating power station can thereby be successfully improved. <IMAGE> |
